Andy Felix joins Historic Boston Inc.’s Board of Directors

Historic Boston Inc. (HBI) is thrilled to announce the appointment of Andy Felix to its Board of Directors. Andy Felix, who brings a wealth of experience in managing large construction projects, currently serves as the Senior Vice President for Construction at CV Properties LLC.

Andy’s extensive career in the construction industry makes him an invaluable addition to HBI. His role at CV Properties LLC involves overseeing significant construction projects, demonstrating his leadership and expertise in the field. Prior to this, Andy honed his skills in the historic preservation division of Shawmut Construction, where he developed a strong foundation on the construction end of real estate development for historic properties.

“Andy Felix’s expertise in construction and historic preservation is a tremendous asset to our board,” said Mike Durand, President of Historic Boston’s Board of Directors. “His background aligns perfectly with our mission to preserve and revitalize historic places in Boston.”

Born and raised in Boston, Andy lives in South Easton with his family and works in Boston. He is part of the team at CV Properties that is transforming the former Bayside Expo Center into a new mixed use community. 

Andy’s understanding of the city’s architectural heritage, combined with his professional background, will greatly benefit HBI’s efforts to redevelop Boston’s historic sites. As a Greater Boston resident, Andy’s also bringing a local’s passion and dedication to his role on the board.
