August 12, 2016 Dig Inn moves in to the Old Corner Bookstore
Making their way into Boston, New York-based fresh food restaurant Dig Inn recently signed a lease for space in the Old Corner Bookstore building in Downtown Boston. This will be Dig Inn’s second Boston location after one store opened on Boylston Street earlier this year.
Sustainable”farm-to-table” principles guide Dig Inn’s business model. The food retailer sources its products fresh from local farms seasonally, prepare them to order and serves them at shared tables. The goal is to foster community alongside sustainable food practices.
