It’s Dinner Time: New Comfort Kitchen pop-up in Waltham (coming soon in Dot & JP)

Comfort Kitchen has launched a takeout pop-up & fundraiser to support 3 local organizations that actively engage in the well-being, health, and safety of our community members.

October 5th to 27th, 2020
Mondays & Tuesdays – 5:30-8:30pm
Supply is limited, but you can order up to 24hrs in advance.

In the spirit of collaboration, the first round of pop-ups will be at our friends Sweet Basil in
Waltham ( @Sweet_Basil_on_moody) . (Dorchester, Somerville, JP — they will be coming your
way soon!) A to-go cocktail menu will be available as well.

Momos with sauces

The Comfort Kitchen team will be adhering to all COVID-19 safety standards. Please wear a mask or face covering to pick up. All the profits from this takeout pop-up will be split among the 3 organizations. Additional donations can be made as well to:

  • Urban Farming Institute ( @ufiboston)
  • Boston Cyclists Union ( @bostoncyclistunion)
  • Student Immigrant Movement ( @Join_sim)

Ghanian Jollof

Comfort Kitchen is committed to investing in our local ecosystem even before they open. We
can’t wait for their doors to open and to continue to collaborate with them. Comfort Kitchen is a
Black-owned, immigrant-owned, and woman-owned restaurant that is coming to Uphams
Corner, Dorchester in 2021. They will be serving delicious global comfort food of the diaspora.
