31 Aug Jeff Morgan to Step Down as Director of Real Estate Development
HBI regretfully announces that Jeff Morgan has resigned his position as Director of Real Estate Development at HBI, effective this month. Jeff is pursuing an incredible opportunity to move abroad that blends new life adventures with his talents in real estate development.
This is a great loss for HBI but we are delighted for Jeff’s prospects ahead. As a valuable member of the HBI team for the last four years, his contributions to our projects and organization were essential to our success. During his time at Historic Boston, Jeff set a valuable precedent of partnering in preservation and led the organization to expand its development portfolio. Highlights of his work are exemplified in our partnerships with the Peregrine Group and Roslindale Main Streets on the Roslindale Substation Project, Utile and The American Cities Coalition on the Upham’s Corner Comfort Station and most recently with the Urban Farming Institute, The Trust for Public Land and North Bennett Street School on the Fowler Clark Epstein Farm. We will miss him for his dedication to HBI’s work and his enthusiasm for our mission and we wish him well in his new endeavors.
HBI is currently seeking someone to fill Jeff’s role as the Director of Real Estate Development. If you are interested in the position or know someone who may be please click here.
